What workout program is best for me?
What workout should I do?
What are the best workout programs and fitness apps?
Going to the gym and working out hard becomes so much easier when you have a plan. You’ll only get so far goofing around on the treadmill and wandering aimlessly around the free weights.
You need a real workout program. (Or at least an app or a group fitness class to follow along!)
The only problem is… there are literally thousands of them. Which workout program is best for you?
Here’s a quick list of all my top recommended exercise programs and who they’re meant for, along with full reviews.
Workout Program Reviews
Looking for a specific program to start right away?
Check out my list below.
Free workout plans – For everyone
I spent hours and hours scouring the web for the best free workout plans you can start right now, whether you need a good program for the elliptical, a HIIT workout at home, or want to start lifting heavy weights in the gym. These aren’t one-off workout videos from YouTube, rather they’re (mostly) full plans to take you from 0 to hero!
Losing fat and gaining muscle – For men
The Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program is the perfect protocol for men who are looking for the lean, shredded physique. It’s a great cutting program to get ready for summer and the beach. You’ll drop body fat, get stronger on key lifts, and get those abs you’ve been dying for.
Gaining muscle and staying lean – For men
The Kinobody Greek God Program is for guys who want to start packing on serious muscle. It’s best for those who are already somewhat lean, and will help you keep bodyfat low while getting crazy strong and building the body of a, well, greek god.
Aggressive fat loss – For men and women
If you’re looking to drop some serious pounds, the Kinobody Aggressive Fat Loss program is for you. Using a combination of flexible dieting, smart snacking, Intermittent Fasting, and low volume weight lifting, you’ll start to drop the flab and sculpt your body perfectly.
Fat loss and muscle tone – For women
For ladies who want to get ready for the pool and beach, the Goddess Toning Program is the perfect fit. Designed to put you in a moderate calorie deficit while you lift heavy weights, you’ll drop body fat and get the lean, toned body you’ve always wanted.
Packing on serious muscle – For men
For dudes who are lean and have some solid muscle mass, but want to take things to the next level (and look like Thor or Superman!), the Superhero Bulking Program is the way to go. Learn new training techniques and specialization routines to make your shoulders, upper chest, and back explode.
Cardio, abs & mobility – For everyone
If you’re looking for a different approach to cardio, look no further than Cardio, Abs & Mobility. In this program from Kinobody, you’ll challenge yourself with short bursts of brisk walking, jump rope, and sprints, along with brutal ab work and difficult mobility drills. A great add-on to any lifting routine.
Bodyweight mastery – For everyone
Don’t have time to get to the gym? Like, REALLY don’t have time? Ever dreamed of mastering the one-armed push up, multiple one-armed pull-ups, back bridges, muscle ups, and L-sits? The Kinobody Bodyweight Mastery Program is the one for you. No gym time, workout wherever and whenever, and still build an amazing physique.
Build an amazing butt – For women
For women, if you’re already lean it can be tough to know where to go in terms of working out. Do you want to pack on a ton of muscle, for a bulky aesthetic? Probably not! But the KinoBooty Program can help you put some muscle on in the right places (like your butt!) for that Instagram model look you secretly want. If you’ve got some fat to lose, this program can help you do that, too. Check it out.
